Shipment of the package

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment, via the logistics agencies we work with, which are GLS and SEUR in the case of parcels and DBSCHENCKER or DHL in the case of pallets, with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer express delivery by SEUR Premium, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling charges are a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Delivery times will depend on the geographical location of receipt as well as external factors or factors outside the logistics that may affect its normal reception.

Package breakage

In case of receiving a shipment with a defect or not receiving it in its totality of packages, you must communicate it in the first place to the driver of the agency so that this way it is recorded in the delivery note and to be able to claim to the pertinent agency, and in second place you must inform by means of email to administració, since only claims will be attended by this way. 

Once the claim has been received, the damage will be repaired within 24 hours, in a manner to be agreed by both parties, either by refunding the amount or by replacing the damaged or undelivered goods.
