Extra Black Intense Cocoa 200g

Ground cocoa bean powder with various applications in confectionery and similar products.  Ideal for the production of black buttercream.

Ingredients: PV alkaline defatted cocoa powder (10 to 12% cocoa butter), acidity regulators (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from strong odours. Ideal storage conditions are 15-20o C (55o-65oF) with relative humidity below 50%.
