LorAnn's professional baking emulsions are renowned for their concentrated extracts with a rich, intense and long-lasting flavour. They are especially suitable for use at high temperatures. An excellent choice for all your cakes, biscuits and biscuits, but also for fillings, such as icing and other desserts.

This baking emulsion has a delicious raspberry flavour.

The emulsions are water-based and alcohol-free. Instead of using alcohol, the flavour is micro-encapsulated in natural stabilisers and suspended in water. This encapsulation ensures that the emulsion does not lose its properties and retains its flavour when exposed to high temperatures.

Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, xanthan gum.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soya, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

This product is: Kosher certified, gluten free.

Contains approx. 110 ml.

Water soluble

The recommended dosage is 12 grams of emulsion per kilo of dough.
